Shipping Policy
Order Processing: All custom TAPD cards are printed and programmed within 24-48 hours of order placement. Standard (non-custom) hardware ships within 24 hours.
Shipping Timelines:
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 Business Days
- Express Shipping: 2-4 Business Days
Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS. TAPD is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen weather conditions.
Cancellations & Refunds
Custom Products
Because our cards are custom printed with your name/design, we cannot offer refunds on custom orders once production has started.
Defective Hardware
If your card's NFC chip is defective upon arrival, we will replace it free of charge. You must notify us within 7 days of delivery.
Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it. After 2 hours, the design enters our printing queue and cannot be cancelled.

TAPD hardware is a tool for sharing information. We are not responsible for the content you choose to link to your card. We reserve the right to refuse service for designs containing hate speech or illegal imagery.
Intellectual Property
All designs, logos, and code on this website are the property of TAPD. You may not reproduce our hardware designs without permission.
Privacy Policy
Your privacy is paramount. This is how we handle your data:
- Collection: We collect your name, address, and conTAPD info solely for shipping purposes.
- Storage: Your TAPD profile data (social links) is stored securely on Google Firebase.
- Sharing: We do NOT sell your data to third parties. We only share shipping details with our courier partners to deliver your product.
- Security: Payments are processed via Razorpay/Stripe securely. We never see or store your credit card numbers.
